The job was very rewarding. It allowed me to develop my customer service skills, increased my interpersonal skills and I got to enjoy the company of some great employees and fellow management members. However, with that said, the job also had its downsides. Gossip spreads quickly not only through your location but through the district. Sometimes a lack of communications between the DM/GM/ Management/ and Store Employees can leave you confused and wondering the correct way for something to be done. This however most always gets identified and resolved. Overall I have had a positive experience with this company.
