Is it my breath?
I've applied at literally 150 jobs. Most of which I hear nothing back, then if I do it's thank you for applying but it's not a match? As if this is some sort of dating site. Why did I have to choose a design related field. Ugh

Hey Robby Robinson , "it's not a match" is the automated message letting you know that the skills you have listed on your resume and application profile don't 'match' the skills they have on the job description.
Resume Optimization will improve your automated online application ratings or 'match'. This brief video provides some excellent strategy tips.

True. It's easier to get a date than it is to get a job. I agree with the resume optimization. When you do it right, depending on your field, you'll have to pick and choose who to fulfill a resume request to (they reach out to you) because you dont want to waste your time tailoring a resume for a crappy job while letting a good one slip past you.
