I have tried to get a job as a PCT for more than a year in Kingman Az. Every time I get an alert it has already been removed. I really would like to work for Fresenius and I know that I would be an asset to the company. I would like to know what I am doing wrong so I can fix it? Thank you Shawna Jensen

Hi Shawna: So sorry to hear about your job search troubles! It sounds like Fresenius keeps their jobs open to collect applications, and then deletes the job posts because they've been filled. I actually suggest calling Fresenius and talking to a hiring manager to see what you can learn about open roles, and what jobs are safe to apply for. Let me know if this advice helps!

Hi Shawna, I think I would recommend stopping by in person to follow up on the jobs they have available. Sometimes things can be funky online. Stop by with your resume and ask to speak with either HR or the hiring manager. Good luck!
