Got a job........ start next Saturday!!!!!! I no how hard it is ....... felony class b served a year and on ankle braclet still done 7 months on it got 3 months left !!!!!!! Look DONT STOP TRYING ......... anyone in Vegas looking for a job let me no ..... thanks everyone for the comments they help

I'm happy for you my sister. I hope you hold on to it because it is your life support. I face the same problem but I have two felons and one is a theft. But I don't steal. I just got caught up with some scrap metal that wasn't worth the gas in a scooter. But I had to pay for my mistake. Now I work for a temp service as a forklift operator and I'm very experienced but if I try to get hired permanent my background will come up and I loose my job I'm in Memphis TN does anybody know where I can get a break on full time work?

I am 56 and in IT which makes it tough to get a job . Most companies and recruiters want young people Out of work for 10 months now . I Been on a couple of phone interviews but ageism is hard to get pass.
Yup I know it's hard I got 3 felonies and it's a bitch to try and get a decent job that doesn't treat their employees like shit
GOOD FOR YOU!!! That's how it's done, stay there a year or so, work over time when asked, don't be late, make sure your appearance is always clean, and company standard, get along with co-workers etc., and ALWAYS GO THE EXTRA MILE!!! An in 8 months to a year apply for a promotions if there are any! If not look else where with your go work history you will find some thing better (more $ & Benefit's etc.). Just keep moving up until you find what your looking for!!! An Always Pray, and Ask God For Direction!!! This Worked For Me!!! Stay Blessed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
