How can I practice improving my body language? I’ve been to a couple of interviews for warehouse jobs that I should have landed with no problem based on my previous experience and qualifications but didn’t. I asked my brother to record me during a mock interview to find out what I was saying or doing wrong to blow these job opportunities. I noticed myself consistently breaking eye contact and looking away to think about answers. I kept fidgeting around in my chair and my overall energy level looked low. My answers were okay but I think I need to be more descriptive with my examples which I feel comfortable figuring out how to improve on my own. I’m not sure what I can do with my body language though. How can I program myself subconsciously to maintain a positive visual presence during these stressful experiences?
