D! It takes a lot of time and effort to actively search and apply for jobs online. And to put all of the work in each day and never hear back from employers can be incredibly discouraging for jobseekers.

Yes, those are all frustrating, but the worst of all is when you interview for a position, are told they'll make a decision and let you know and then you see the EXACT SAME JOB newly advertised in the paper/Craigslist/job boards.
