I have been trying to work in the warehouse because many people tell me that they're always hiring, but when I check there's nothing in Tracy ca. How do I get in?

The majority of those warehouses are actually Distribution (Fullfilment) Centers, (yes there is a difference) And the majority do 90% of their hiring right before the peak season. And the peak season is Aug-Nov. Early August is when you’d want to have an application in. — oh and congrats on your new job
Did you try goung to the company themselves with resumes in hand? Ask to directly speak with hr or manager make an appointment with them yourself they like that stuff lol
I would suggest getting experience on the equipment. That would put you in demand no matter where you go.
