So I've been on 2 interviews for Baylor College if Medicine and no call backs! A little history.. I have worked at Baylor College before,for ten years. My position there transitioned to Tch. I'm no longer at Tch and wanted to go back to Baylor ( I never wanted to leave) but had to. Now I'm applying and have all the experience needed,but always get an email saying we are impressed with your experience but chose a candidate that better fits the position??? Each time I apply not understanding this since I know the systems and wouldn't require any training
