I started with McDonalds in 1983 McDonald's was known as a family restaurant kids Happy Meals fun work environment the caring management team active involved owners I work for a corporate office in Florida I've noticed something over the past decade how McDonalds has evolved and how some things have gotten lost over time. I believe on a daily basis that I can make a difference that I could be a positive influence on the young people that we employ. Families and trust their children to us to make sure that they are taken care of while they are at work I feel that it is a battle that I fight on a daily basis to bring McDonalds back to the family atmosphere that we once knew it used to be in the workplace I think McDonalds needs to reevaluate and restructure I love my job I love the people that I work with and I love my customer
