She always had a major attitude at 5:15 in the morning I never thought this should have been the case. She would holler and yell that she never believed I was a match for the position, mainly because she thought I was far younger than her years of 55+ and after a few of her outbursts-- I let her ass have it. I have a number of years driving and a pleasant attitude before getting behind the wheel is a must. You cannot allow someone to anger you because your day is behind the wheel and in a vehicle with persons you may not know. A fellow coworker has no business harassing you, about your abilities, your homelife, or your personal hygiene, where they may not have any. Bathing is important to maintain your self esteem, vehicle atomsphere, and just you riders enjoyment. This worker, turns out was a Trainer and a bully!!! Her professionalism or lack of, was the reason I had to cuss her behind out. You will not personally attack me, while in the Job's parking lot or in the Employee Lounge, without one knowing me and two without just cause. Once I found out who the Manager was of our Department I let him know about various Mornings or Afternoon where this was an issue. Did not hesitant to admitting I cursed that heifer out and proceeded with my day. Yes, SCR Medical Transportation and I have parted ways. I found that the majority of the Employees lack tack, the Management does not do a thorougher background check into their employees mental state and doesn't care if their employee base is well fed, supported, or educated before hitting the road. Some of the company come there without proper road etiquette, little to no driving experience and some don't take their jobs seriously. To them it is a dating adventure and if someone gets a look at you Resume` and they find that you can be a challenge to their advancement you are soon either fired or written up within the first year. If they can sooner than that, for fear you may be promoted before them. Some positions have been empty for months or have a high turn over rate and whether than see the person that will do the job "correctly" ie write ups, or timely Job performance reviews. Everything is "you wash my back and I'll see what I can do for you" wink, wink.
