You know I will say some things have changed for the better since the DOT started checking vehicles. But it is like any government agency, the people have no common since. Those people go home to there families every night. We don’t. What would it hurt for a dog to have there head out of the window unless it was out past the mirror. A lot of those people just look for things to write up to be a hero to there buddies. If that had of been a vehicle he would not of said anything.
