Let's be honest. Aramark isn't a terrible company to work for but it seems like nobody cares about the company anymore. The job is a dead end. Once you are inside it there's not much to go. All you can do is hope somebody recognizes your skills so you become a supervisor or whatever. If I was you I would suggest getting the job and begin looking for something else.
