I believe it is a competition type thing with many seeking the same job employers usually want younger people who can hustle and will stay with the company longer and perhaps not have as many health problems as older employees.

Very true Sharon! I know that everyone hears part of it can be the companies think you are "too experienced" for the position. I do believe this is a terrible reason though. I would say keep pushing forward and let the employers see how excited you are about the jobs you're applying for. Good luck!
