It was a phone conversation as we changed systems to phone contact instead of one on one in person. The lady had already talked to several people and was angry because she turned in all paperwork and hadn’t received benefits. She was lacking verification from a landlord to complete her application after I checked the case. She was in a wheelchair and unable to go to her office to get information. I got the phone number, contacted the Landord, got all needed verification and worked her case. I also apologized for the inconvenience and she was very pleased once case was worked. It is basically the clients responsibility to get all information but we can go above and beyond if we chose to be kind and helpful. Conflict solved and happy customer.

WHAT A BLESSING YOU ARE TO DO THAT AND TO KNOW THAT PEOPLE STILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. check it out customer service for the most part has GONE ARRAY transfer after transfer and customers being passed around and burnout workers with attitudes of NEXT IN LINE OR ASK SOMEONE ELSE I DONT KNOW and im not going to ask my supervisor or anyone else to give me the answer. DID YOU KNOW A REAL STATISTIC . 75% TO MORE sometimes even at a 911 dispatcher bad customer servcie. its true. WHAT HAPPEN TO GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND . I KNOW WHAT IT IS IT DOESNT PAY TO HELP THESE PEOPLE THAT STRUGGLE . THAT IS WHY IM THE ONLY FREE FINANCIAL MONEY BAD CREDIT FIX JOBS CAREERS PERSONAL COUNSELING BASE ON DONATIONS OR FREE. because NO ONE WANTS TO FREE HELP OR GO BEYOND AND ABOVE.
