What I liked about Wayfair...

I enjoyed my time at Wayfair when I worked in their warehouse. The best parts about the job was that the pay was good, you got time off (but just weren't allowed to take it around the busy holiday rush), medical and dental if you were full time, and the people I worked with ALL pulled their weight. I hate lazy teams! I give it a 7 out of 10 honestly with it losing points because I wished there was more room to advance and grow, but at the time I never bothered to ask for more so probably my own fault.

Yes, if you want to advance you have to make it known to your managers and keep an eye out at all times for an opportunity. Even if you didn't find an advancement at Wayfair you at least picked up valuable experience.

I feel you girl, I hate laziness too! I work as a flight attendant so if just ONE person doesn't do their job well then the rest of us suffer.

Good warehouse jobs are hard to come by I swear! Mostly just crap out there.
