What’s keeping you from creating a better resume?

A resume is a hard thing to build, and it can seem like an overwhelming task when you’re also stressed about life and finding a new job. It can be easy to just rely on old tactics and old resumes. Simply an update here or there, change a thing or two and on to the next task. Why start from scratch?

There is a way for you to start from scratch without having to spend a lot of your time. All you have to do is completely fill out your profile to watch your resume take shape. Once you’ve done that, you can download a fully usable/shareable/applyable resume in PDF format.

So what’s keeping you?

Hi Laila Nashat - I remember creating my first resume, and how challenging it was to try to fill up an entire page. It felt like I had nothing to offer!

Nowadays, it's hard to fit things onto one page. Having a formatted resume for me would have made it a lot easier to see how my info should have been set up, and made editing it breeze.

Thanks for sharing this Laila. Hopefully some of our members will find this useful - I know I would!

I love that as Laila Nashat says, you can easily come back to your Jobcase profile and continue to update and edit your resume to make it stronger whenever you feel the need! You are so right Laila that it's much easier to update an old resume than to start all over from scratch. Resumes are challenging enough without making more work for yourself! Thanks Laila! : )
