I am in the same boat. I have been an occupational therapy assistant for 26 years and I am having a very hard time finding a job. There are too many schools , here in central Florida, pumping out therapist left and right and I think the companies want to hire the new , inexperienced and less expensive therapist rather than me . Very frustrating !
