Ever feel like you get more job offers when you're employed vs unemployed?
I feel like I just won the Heisman Trophy with all the recruiter call backs I’m getting since I started working. I wonder if there’s a little hiring bias among employers with unemployed jobseekers.

I think they prefer people with current work experience. The longer your unemployed the less attractive you become to employers.
