My advice to people interested in working at #LawOffice as a #LitigationParalegal ...
You must be meticulous, pay close attention to your work performance/task, have everything either verified/confirmed in writing, including but not limited to tasks given by your employer or supervisor. Ultimately, you must have a thick skin to work..with many lawyers. If you like what you do, just like in any other area, when you strive you WILL succeed. Most Importantly, don't take things to heart.

I guess if they can dish it well you no the rest lol

I agree. I was an Associate Attorney at one of the largest Washington, D.C.-based international law firms for a little more than 3 years. The track to making it to partner is bringing in a lot of clients and racking up a substantial amount of billable hours.

And always CYA.

Thanks for sharing this information. Do they do work performance reviews and how can one advance their career in this company?
The information that preparing for this job though is invaluable...something in the society that begins and ends with the need for the knowledge is great!! I want some more hours in this and maybe next semester I will get them.
