Highly educated, I.m a graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. but I can't find a decent job to survived and pay my bills;
My credit is messed up because Im underpaid being in law enforcement. I have no benefits to retired too. I love speaking and many times I go out and do movitional speaking for churches and other organization. I just need someone to give me a chance to prove myself.
I alway's thought Law enforcement careers payed well. That's a good school and education earned to be struggling so much. What are some of the challenges your experiencing with your job search. Can't find enough professional job openings? Or is it lack of experience in your field of study? Have you connected with another member that's overcome the same experience?
Hi Wanda, I feel your pain but with your education, industry background, and experience you should try networking with folks at some of those speaking engagements. I don't think your going to find those well paying career jobs online. Most of those jobs are filled by word of mouth. Use your speaking and communication skills to build a network in your community and get the word out.
