John check on jobs with truck leasing companies. They lease fleets to grocery warehouses and furnish their own mechanics to service the trucks.. Good luck and stay with what you like best.

My father was a diesel mechanic..owner of his own shop till heart failure..please look into on line technology school. Or maby start at a parts store like Advanced auto or Autozone ..God Bless ..Good luck
