I have a job where I work my ass off but have a leader who is very lazy...i am 60 yrs.old getting sick of working my tail off...i am a very qualified maintenance worker and know my trade...i can fix everything,but it doesn't seem to be enough for my superior...i can't wait to be able to retire but can't afford to.

Are you in a position where you could move up to management? It seems to me like you definitely have enough experience to know how things should be run. If you don't necessarily feel like you'll be able to advance where you are, you might want to look into moving to another company where you can manage a team int he way you see fit.
