Anyone else experienced Kelly Services?
What’s the process like for applying for a job through a temp agency like Kelly Services? Can anyone share their own experiences with me? Just wondering what to expect…

I kno I've applied too and no answer or phone call..

David, I'm actually between jobs with Kelly now and I've actually worked in one of their offices as a recruiting assistant for 5 months. You can start the process by going to to kellycareernetwork.com and build your profile and upload your resume. From there, contact their local office and let their recruiters know what type of work you're looking for. You'll even be able to search the jobs they're trying to fill once your profile is built. I hope this helps.

Its not to bad...they get part of your pay...i do not use ant temp. agency unless I have to..but you can try it..

I have been applying for a month and I haven't even got a call from them

They were my door to an employer of 15 years. Kelly simply provides the admin support for temp and contract staff.

Yes I have used Kelly Services

walk in and apply

Yes, it's easy. First you sign up with them, apply for a job, and then you never hear from them again.

David, The employment agencies I have worked with want you to take a skills assessment test to see if you even qualify for the job you are inquiring about. You will need to get 70% on the test for them to consider the type of work you are looking for. I suggest you look at the skills you do have and the skills they are asking for in the job description. If you are not sure on one or more , you will need to do your research and bone up on "How To" tutorials. Good luck!!
I went through man power a couple times and was put to work within the week. I have gone through Kelly Services 3 times had a interview or two but was never put to work
