Add
Look at some job postings and try to write a resume with your experience for those tasks. Being bilingual helps, but you need to be an intermediate user of Microsoft products to do well. Basic phone skills --transferring, voicemails, etc. are needed. If you need more training, get it. I learned a lot on temp jobs, but you may have to try volunteering to get some of the office skills you need if it has been awhile.
