Job seeker

I have tried to apply for a part time position for so long, I live close, season staff, educated, bilingual. I just do not seem pleased how is the applying system is, and no one calls me for an interview, however, I see so many of those called for positions and unprofessional. THE JOB SITE SHOULD BE SIMPLE YOU UPLOAD YOUR RESUME AND REVIEWED. IN CONTRARY, I GO THROUGH SO MUCH TO apply for a position and no one calls. SAD...NOT UNDERSTANDING THIS SYSTEM.

What I learned, normally to be interviewed by Wells Fargo, one must apply through a temp agency to step in, however once you get your foot in the door be careful. The company is very picky on keeping you on board, especially from a different background then theirs (they will always be watching your every move). Unfortunately, it does become a struggle, and would not bother unless you have the credentials ex: background in Accounting, Analytical terms in use, someone from the "inside" to bring you onboard, especially having a BA or BS Degree, but even with that said, they will still under pay you...

Hi GloryAnn, I know it can be really frustrating when places you apply for don't get back to you. One thing that can really help is making follow up calls. With some much being online these days, this can be super helpful just to make sure they received your application. It call also help them see some of your qualities that help you to stand out amongst other applicants.

Hi GloryAnn: I'm so sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your job search. A lot of Jobcasers talk about how there's very little follow-up from employers, which can be incredibly frustrating. Have you ever tried following up with them yourself by calling the location you applied to? It's a good way to see what the status of your application is, and when you can expect to hear back about an interview. Hope this helps!
