Need Serious answers!

Just moved to Texas and finding it very hard to get a job here, I never had this much trouble in the other places I have lived. I was suppose to be transferred with Kohl's but manager, all three managers ended up leaving where I worked at in South Carolina and not one of them transferred over my paperwork. So ended up working a job at home, but now it has ended. So any suggestions on which website actually works. I have tried Snag a job, jobcase, Indeed, jobhats, and career builder. Going crazy, mama of two teens really need to find a job. Oh yeah I would like to mention I have put in 30 applications at different companies. Haven't heard anything back. What am I doing wrong?

I had luck with Craigslist and Careerbuilder.com (one of the easiest sites with more info on the emplory/salary/filter options). Most of these sites overlap but the Careerbuilder one seemed to have even more jobs and info than the other ones. It seems to syphon jobs from the other job boards and combine them.

Are you following up on those applications? That could be what's missing.
