Consulting & Training Principle
Ever wonder why people say what they say or do what they do when involved in conversation with others? Believe it or not, it all shows up on their face, which identifies their Character and Personality Traits, which in turn, drives their thought pattern. Knowing how to identify these traits, 16 in all, will identify how they receive information given to them and how they will act and react to that information. Having this knowledge will enhance relationships with Managers; Employees; Customers; Vendors., in fact, all people one might come into contact with, regardless of the situation of the encounter. No matter what you do for a living, your intelligence quotient (IQ) counts for, at most, 25% of your effectiveness. Your emotional intelligence, how well you deal with people, manage relationships and understand yourself, counts for much of the rest. In analysis of internal data from 121 companies, emotional intelligence was twice as important for star performance as IQ and TECHNICAL EXPERTISE COMBINED. The higher the chain of command, the more critical emotional intelligence becomes, accounting for close to 90% of success in top leadership positions. People with high levels of emotional intelligence have the skills necessary to inspire, lead and persuade others to follow them. How do we distinguish one face from another? I would be delighted to explain this procedure. Please contact me, Mike Wallace, 425-697-0476, for details.
