Be the person that matters!
I needed a job after Toys R Us closed and Dollar General is now my new home. I think in life you need to be the person who matters, and that means always putting your all into whatever you do. If you want to give up just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Be the person who shines bright, the person they can't ignore, and get the job you want! I thought once Toys R Us closed I was finished, but now I am managing this store and I couldn't be happier.
I was a manager for Dollar general and they did me wrong. They will work you like a dog and then let you go when things don't go right.
Sure your happy to be a manager Anybody would be happy as a manager, but what about the people under you?
I love being a lsa. One day i hope to be a asm or manager for dg. Welcome to the family.
