Hi Wyn: Thanks for posting on Jobcase! I would suggest to look at the offer letter to see if there is a phone number you can call about orientation. If not, call the main phone number (214) 555-0000
It took several months from the time of offer for orientation for me. Hang in there. Peak season starts soon and they will want you in place. Be ready to work hard, have fun and make history. Good luck!
