2023 The Need for Socialization
#motivation I would like to encourage those who are willing to take the step of working towards a more united society. We have experience so much grief and setbacks in the last few years. Add to the many struggles and loses our social groups, at work or in our communities.
Let's fight back to regain our human need to socialized
To give someone a hug
To shake a hand
To high five
Acting with responsibility this can be accomplished.
We all know that when we stand together we are much stronger and gives us a stronger sense of belonging that many of us need.
In my original post I mentioned about our natural desire to socialized. Someone mentioned that this if for jobs. Maybe I should have started my post with how our social fabric and humane behavior also does impact our productivity and work culture. There is a link in the feeling of belonging at work and the feeling of being discounted or separated from a group at work. When the latter occurs productivity levels drop not to mention the increase in employee turn over.
I believe there is a direct link in employees feeling about their work environment to the creativeness and productivity levels in an organization.
@Bruno Vilegas-Ortega Great post. More people should start spreading more positivity so it can become contagious. I believe in the law of attraction and behaving in a positive manner will attract that energy.
We can take the focus off ourselves, an help those in need by giving time, attention, and maybe our last few dollars for those less fortunate.
This is for jobs. Things like that dude okay
Something tells me that we will be seeing more humane actions over take the narrative of our negative human qualities.
For this the change to become way forward this year, we definitely need to see our leaders implement a strategy of communicating and lead the way to help our communities change our mind set. We cannot continue to be so individualistic and not have a sense of purpose as a society. Leadership with vision and compassion followed by actions will help us move in the right direction and help our communities heal and be more tolerant of one another.
@Bruno Vilegas-Ortega I agree that more empathy and social harmony can be very healthy, and give us more strength collectively! I hope we all have more compassion for our differences, and for the uniqueness of our individual struggles this year. 💓
