My resume looks kind of boring, but how do I spice it up without being too flashy? I still want to look professional.
I won't post it because it has sensitive information, but from a general idea, I set it up based on this template:

Use a resume writing service. You can go to www.fiverr.com and look for a reasonably priced resume writing service for as little as $10.00

Some quick resume tips - the purpose of a resume is to hopefully catch the right attention that will get you a face-to-face interview. You can always do a quick Google search for whatever type of job you are looking for and resume - for example "customer service rep resume" and you should see a ton of samples come up. That will quickly help you get some different ideas. If you are applying for a job that you have worked in the same job title and/or industry you want that to stand out. I always tell recent college grads that have limited experience to list their education up top and related coursework that would apply to the job if applicable. If your resume experience doesn't match the type of work you are applying for but you have experience that could translate - talk through that in a cover letter. Your resume is meant to be a "sales" to on selling yourself. Don't be dishonest but make sure to showcase successes especially if they are relevant to the position you are applying. If I'm hiring a sales person I want to see "exceeded quota, top sales person, superstars winner, etc." The average time spent on reviewing a resume by a recruiter is less than 30 seconds. Keep that in mind on what makes yours stand apart. Let me know if you get stuck - more than happy to help.
