How hard is it to get a Customer Service Associate job?
I don't need this service as I've been an operations manager for AOL, SPRINT & UPS. I now I do consulting work for call centers that are unproductive. In Tucson it is VERY easy to get CSR jobs. The hard part is training most of them with proper CS & quality assurance habits
