I am a very motivated and outgoing individual with a passion for that great laboratory some call a kitchen. I am skilled in every aspect of kitchen work and love the "truth" that comes through a tasty, well executed meal. It can be a wonderful adventure for the diner from first view to that last drop of sauce. I find a well prepared meal an exciting undertaking and love that the culinary arts are always changing.
