Jobs
Why do I do fill out application for jobs, and then I start to to text and emails about the jobs . But it always keep sending me more different jobs. I feel like it's all a spam to me. Not once do I get any word from the real jobs, so I'm going to stop putting in jobs for all the temp agencies that says they are hiring. Please help and give me advice. Thank you.

Same with me here. And some jobs I've applied for and it showed it was 150 days old job. I have given up on it.
Same here. Or they send back jobs that are no where near what I applied for in my field.
I have had several application disappear into the abyss of electronic applications--I apply, then absolutely nothing ever happens. However, I did follow a link from indeed.com to a locum tenens site, which actually ended up with me getting hired into a permanent position. Now that I'm hired, I have the huge task of unsubscribing from all the services I get inundated with every day still.
Yes it's really frustrating! I try and stick to Indeed, Ziprecruiter, Simply Hired and Linked In. Most of those take me right to the job and give me the option to just 1 tap apply since they have all my info including resume. All those others I unsubscribe from.
Same here. I have stop opening the emails and completely disregard the text messages. Is it a spam or not?

Are you are finding that you are not hearing back from employers after you apply to positions that we post? Thanks!
