Executive Assistant Position
I need some help. I have applied at MD Anderson for several Sr. Administrative assistants positions and I passed the test as well. I still have not heard from anybody there. I received a call from an agency today that one of the oil companies rejected my resume because of the job cap. I suffered an injury last year, so I was taking physical therapy for 4 months last year. Now, ready to back to work. Any advice.

Hi Norma Vasquez - do you mean you ere rejected because of the job gap? Check out this post on how to fix a job gap in your resume, and this post on how to explain it away during an interview.
I would follow up your applications at MD Anderson with a phone call or email asking how the process is going. Ask them if there is anything you can do to help, and reiterate your interest with the positions!
