I stayed positive and motivated by planning menus and requesting sorority residents input for new ideas in meal preparations. Also the vendors gave samples of new products to try in meal planning which worked to the interest of residents quite well. Board staff also gave input on the variety of meals served for family visits at sorority. The residents trusted my thoughts on meals served for weekend brunches or functions for various events planned by sorority.
