Sarah, first decide To ACT. I was a professional case manager/counselor for 18 years. I told all my clients that they had two choices: Take It or Leave It!! Sarah, I quit an 11-year job 1-31-2015 due same issues and stress, BUT I had other/NEW job lined up FIRST! You may have to take a lower level job for less pay to get out, but the change will feel wonderful. You can also Keep Looking for more relevant higher level job while you are in new temporary? one.
