I'm a four year new mom, I currently work at a call senter, but the hours dont leave me much time with my daughter. Im looking for something that will go with her school schedule so i can be around her more often.

Hi Markie, I can understand how you feel. I have kids too - my youngest is about your daughter's age - and it sometimes feels like the day passes in a flash! Some options are: ask your HR department about working a flexible schedule (sometimes you can work off-hours, say 7-3?), switch roles to part-time (again, ask HR because sometimes companies don't give benefits to part-timers), or look for a job that offers these things.
The other thing to consider: kids get older, go to school for more of the day as they get past kindergarten, get involved in after-school activities/sports/etc. All of these things add up to less time in the home. If your daughter is 4, she's about to get very busy! I know it's hard to believe, but soon you may be wishing you had the extra hours (at work) in just a short time.
Lots to consider... and remember you have to do what's right for you & your family, so good luck and let us know where you land!! Marijoy
