I’m here to provide encouragement and wisdom that has elevated me.

Check out the picture below. It was presented to me by a man who at the time was earning just over $41k monthly, yes monthly. He said one of the keys to his business success was aligning his "say" with his "do".

Integrity is the merging or meeting of your words with your actions. The more you can stay in that middle sweet spot displayed in the picture, the better the life you can create for yourself. Here are 3 reasons to work on your personal integrity.

  1. You gain trust - When people know you will do what you say, they trust you more and more. Trust is key in building relationships, closing deals and creating partnerships. All helpful in a more enjoyable life.

  2. You receive more blessings - There's something mystical about this one, but its true when you aren't where your words are, blessings don't know where to find you. If you say "I'm going to be there a 11am", your word could dictate where a blessing may be waiting. When you don't follow through on your word you unknowingly miss out on opportunities. Do what you say!

  3. Increased Confidence - The most confident people are those who believe in themselves and their ability to get things done. High achievers know they can take a long path to a goal. Low achievers struggle to believe they can complete task and reach larger or longer term goals. When you start actually accomplishing the things you say you'll start to notice most people don't and thus increase your esteem from your ability to take action.

Start today by being mindful in your words and only saying what you mean and will follow up on. Once you start to speak powerful action words follow up on your promises promptly and throughly without making a huge fuss over it. Start small, be on time do less fluffy talk like maybe, give me a second or I'll get on that later". Don't seek praise or attention just know you are cultivating a skill that will yield massive rewards in your life. #be-fulfilled
