making a career change
After nine years as a teleservice representative raising funds for charities, due to a layoff, I am seeking assistance with a career change.

Hi James Hardin - first thing is first - you need to decide on where you want to make a career change too. Going into HVAC, for instance, is going to require a much different job search strategy then going into a job as medical assistant.
What industry are you interested in? We can start from there!
