I have been trying to get a job ever since my assignment ended in January 2016 and it seems so difficult. i signed up with over seven agencies and been to a few interviews among the finals but cant seem to be successful. I have over ten years of experience in accounting and currently pursuing CGA and have accreditation in ACCA and AAT. I am an immigrant and i am not sure if i am being judged becaust of that, I had several telephone interviews but was only called once to an actual face to face interviwed and was told that i am too qualified for the position. I have applied for other jobs and was told that i am not a "good fit" even though i exceed all the listed experiences. I was not communicated to for others but the recruiter kept posting the same positions at different times. Has anyone ever had this experience? What could be possible be wrong?
