Background check
I got hired at circle k two months ago still have not started they keep telling me my background check is in review so now I’m bout to lose apartment an become homeless as I cannot pay for rent I don’t understand why they told me I’m hired an still have not started can they do this

Start searching for another job Crystal Hall . I don't know why they are putting up so many roadblocks and hiring you if they aren't going to employ you. Sounds weird to me. But definitely call them and ask what the hold up is on the background check. It should only take them 1-3 weeks to run and complete the check. Two months is a long time.
