Even including the loss of the job or managed of stress.

It's for people such as myself. It makes getting to work a little easier. You see, i suffer from "my grandma beating me down with a sock half full of quarters" syndrome. They will send a car and sometimes a medic to get me. All the best.

Your employer's Employee Assistance Program is made to help the employee remain productive and safe by assisting said employee with counseling, whether financial (purchasing a new home one year, having a second child the second, and being broke and burned out by the third, the EAP can lead you in the direction of consumer credit counseling services, mental health and counseling already available in your health plan, and other reasonable assistance that leads to relief of your situation, and not some throwing-money-at-a-problem-knowing-money-won't-make-the-problem-go-away-handouts. For employees who are humble and aware enough to admit they have a problem; there are pathways to rehabilitation, be alcohol, drugs, sex, domestic abuse, gambling, sex, or any other distraction pursued to the point of vicisitude.

I know that there has been a long history of confrontation between employees and employers. This may have been the case in the first 150 years of United States' labor history. But thanks to advances by organized labor lobbying, we have the eight-hour workday, minimum wage, industrial safety standards, the end of child labor, equal employment opportunity, workers' compensation, and anti-discrimination laws; to name a few. Employers have matured as well, moving away from the evil fat cat industrialist stereotype; and have learned to appreciate their employees and their value to the company. And that's why they have EAPs in place. It not only benefits the affected employee, but it also makes the workplace safe and low on distractions. Believe me, the employee with an attendance problem is a big distraction to his fellow workers. He can always ask for help before he's fired.

Loved My Job at Areas Of West Palm Beach

I would think it would be to assist the employees,the manger....boss. It basically just sounds like you will be assisting whom ever in whatever job are speaking about. I could be wrong, but it sounds pretty self explanatory. Happy Thanksgiving!
