Also, make sure that you're comfortable with long hours of possibly being alone. It's really going to depend on the actual job but there are two main types that I've noticed: the job that you are around a lot of people and constantly interacting with them and the job where you're on your own a lot and rarely see another person, much less interact with them. Be sure you're comfortable with whichever situation that you'll be going into.

Simple make sure everybody that you work with are on the same page and everybody get along life is too short to be miserable and take your problems to work all problems should be left at the house when you walk out your front door instead of bringing to work when you leave work work shift all promise we left there instead of bringing home lot of people can't separate the two
