Look into your state support and housing for school. There are so many options to start off with you can always change as you get older. I was your age , single mom and my life was paid for while I went to school. Good luck!

Try Amazon they have perpetual warehouse openings. You sign up, then a few hours in a training course. Then you sign on for hours. It's all temp at 1st, but once you're in the system you can apply for other positions. Just stick it out. It's better than Mickie Deez!

You're young and cute. Take a resume if you have one. There are so many places to work in NYC. Restaurants always need workers, the city of NYC or of your borough. You too young to be in a shelter. Get some good reference letters. Volunteer at your shelter a night or day a week. They may have a job for you right there/ Anyway any volunteering looks good n a resume. Get reference letters from teachers, pastor, shelter workers. You just have to apply yourself. Good luck. Lisa Renwick
