As a male, bermuda shorts or dockers and a solid polo or golf shirt.

Women have a lot nore options, I would google womens business casual styles and look at styles you may already have or would fit your wardrobe best. I have aeen everything from peasant shirt and capris to pencil skirt and quarter eeve button down. All depends on The person, shape, and style.
