I always make sure that the costumers leave goodwill happy. I try to answer questions or help in any way I can. I dident really have a problem with co-workers but I did notice some tension between others while I was working. It Dident feel like a happy inviorment. It was kinda miserable. It Also dident feel like “family” like they claimed. They stressed to much about the wrong things and it seemed like they were not on the “same page” with things but I guess that’s how things are with new businesses.
