Manger with larceny charges
Will anyone feel comfortable working for someone who is the manger of your department that have a record of petty theft and larceny this lady comes in every day and the folks in the department just look at her hide their wallets and talk behind her back. What you all think.

Don't you think she deserves a second chance though? Do you really think everyone who has done something in their past doesn't deserve to be working? That's not really fair.

Check online and see if there are any reviews like on Yelp or others that are referring to your manager. If he boss above that person doesn't see it as a problem, you shouldn't. Also, how did you know that the manager has record? That is in there personnel file and you should not have access to that information unless someone is passing rumors that can get someone terminated or sued for libel or slander.
