I have posted my resume everywhere and nobody is calling me ; I just got an associate on arts, major in Child Development, i finished all the classes needed to get a master teacher permit specialized on early intervention, have 6 years of experience working as a sub with preschool, have tons of arts and crafts projects ,games for exercise, yoga, dancing; , and the places where I used to work all the teachers had their own chair to sit down when the children were at the playgrounds, I don't believe on sitting down when children are running and jumping because they can get hurt, so I am the only one up on the jungle gym trying to separate ,guide and help children when all the other teachers watch from 25 feet away . Why is it like that?
