Personally I think background checks should not take more then a couple days Remember to ask for a copy .... my wife waited for ten days after being hired Only to find out that the person in the H R dept had it on her desk for several days Then told her there was something questionable on the report this person would not tell her what it was and never gave my wife the chance to check it.we found out later that there was a mistake on the report and the negative post was not hers.. the company refused to listen or afford my wife five minutes to explain...
